Well here we go again. This one is  many different colors all India Ink though. Painting with Inks seems to be a lot more fun.

Leave a critique below before March 15th 2012 and I will give away the Limited Edition Print 1/50 to the best one.

I love the colour in this one, it feels that somehow, the painting is moving, especially the branches on top of the cuckoo-clock, oh and the cuckoos reaction is priceless, great job!

From a design POV this is an awesome piece. I love the tension it is given with the vines. They move your focus through the piece so that there is never one place for your eyes to stop. The colors are bright making it feel playful and energetic. It is just a beautiful piece. Awesome job!

The movement in this piece creates the feeling of a long awaited revelation. It’s as if the bird has just been thrust out of his home for the sole purpose of catching a glimpse of the thing that has been rustling inside and atop his home. But with every action come an equal and opposite reaction, so he doesn’t have much time before he will be sucked rapidly back into the darkness. The moment captured here is the moment that time seems to have stopped for the bird as he takes in the beauty of this luminous flower that he may never see again except for in his memory. This event that lasted but seconds will become full length tale for the bird to tell his children and grandchildren. The colors and emotions of this piece are stunning. I personally love how the ends of the stems are crooked, it adds to the sense that the flower will not be forever-lasting.
